Welcome to Hustedia.com, the Digital Forge for the Informational Barista hailing from the Lehigh Valley, PA! My name is Scott B. Husted, also known as Hylander (or SBHylander) online, and I’m your Host & Editor in Chief here at Hustedia.
This site is my ‘Digital Forge’, my home on the Internet. I really enjoy the sharing of information through social networking, social media, and interactive journalism. Whether it’s Twitter, Facebook, Buzz, or a Blog, I find the Internet to be a very interesting place to ‘hang out’. Although this site contains content of a myriad topics, the overall theme really centers around my personal interests and the ways in which we obtain, utilize, and protect information in today’s connected world.
As you may have noticed, I have grouped these various interests and topics into 3 primary sections:
- HU1 – This group will contain topics in the areas relating to this site and my personal posts as well as Books, Computing & Technology, Motor Sports (including iRacing), Journalism, and the Lehigh Valley.
- HU2 – This group of topics will be centered around Business, Financial, Risk Management, and Darkcyte (Privacy, Identity Theft, Scams, Fraud, etc.).
- HU3 – This group will have posts about Photography, Digital Imaging, and Multimedia.
